Once you’ve filled out our online enquiry form, you’ll receive a call from one of our staff at our dedicated call centre. This initial call will be used to discuss the procedure you’re seeking, to ask a few key questions prior to your consultation and to give you the opportunity to ask questions of your own prior to booking your surgery.

At the end of the call, you’ll be asked to book a consultation with one of our London-based physicians. In some cases, you may be able to complete the consultation over the phone, or in our smaller clinics in key cities such as Manchester, Glasgow and Birmingham depending on availability. You may also be asked to supply a few pictures of the body part that you wish to be treated in order to give the consultant a better idea as to what you’ll need from your treatment.

As mentioned before, your consultation can either be completed electronically on the phone, via a Skype call or physically at our clinic based in London.  During this consultation, you’ll receive a free assessment, a price quote and you’ll be given the opportunity to discuss any finance options you may be able to take advantage of.

Once you’re happy that our UK-based patient consultant has answered any questions or queries you might have, we can then move onto booking the relevant travel arrangements including your accommodation during your stay in Istanbul or Izmir and any transfers you might need to arrive in Turkey.

After you have arrived in Turkey, following your flight, you will be greeted at the airport by your driver for your private airport transfer. They will then take you to meet your dedicated host at the hotel or clinic. Your dedicated host will act as a point of contact between you and your surgeon, will accompany you to each of your appointments while in Turkey and will provide you with advice while you recover from your surgery.

All of your travel arrangements will be included within your plastic surgery in Turkey package, which also covers the entire cost of your procedure and any aftercare which might be required in the aftermath of your treatment for up to a year.
